Got an email about people using my CGI:IRC copy to abuse the Interweb. I don't have time to try and seperate normal users from abusers, and probably couldn't stop them if I wanted to. Gonna just go ahead and kill access. Sorry

I've gotten tired of people being retards, so I have move all the tools to the member section. Sorry but I only give member access to people I know, so don't bother asking.
